   FIRMSTONE

INSTITUTE

At the Firmstone Institute, we work with families like Chris, Carolyn, and Andy - families for whom school is a daily struggle and learning a constant frustration.  And every day we see their success stories - children's eyes glowing with the pride of achievement and the confident smiles of parents who know their children are ready to face new challenges.

Our success rests in our ability to design a unique solution for each individual by focusing on the specific difficulties and talents of that person.  Specific exercises deal directly with the learning challenges of each individual.  We base our programs on definitive diagnoses by certified therapists and instructors.
Our treatment programs focus on healing an individual's learning disorder, not just working around it.  The results are eager, motivated, confident learners with increased cognitive levels.  Our program utilizes the Bellefonds Method, developed in Bordeaux, France, by Dr. David Feldman.  This unique method tests eight areas of learning to identify specific deficits, and is followed up by an established re-education program which literally, retrains the brain.

Not only has the participation in the program been shown to diminish or eradicate learning disorders, but also your child builds a sense of achievement, pride, and greater self-esteem.  Your childs experience will consist of:
  • A complete evaluation and diagnosis of your child's talents and learning challenges

  • A custom-designated regimen of daily exercises and activities that you and your child work on together at home
    in 20 minutes

  • A weekly one hour schedule
    of treatment at the Institute
     if permissable

  • A focus on empowering the learner to function successfully in learning and life experiences
